No, leave the stars, please. It gives the image a surreal feeling.

Agreed, leave the Stars, it completes it.

Leave the stars, but decrease the probability so they are more random and thinner. I am assuming you are using photoshop. I use Paint.Net. I would also say add some varying brighter and dimmer ones throughout to create depth in the star field. Other wise I love this piece.
maybe dim them a bit? A few less might do it some good.

I like it. It makes me think of little bubble universes, all connected together. Very nice work, as usual!

Leave the stars, maybe less of them. Like the surreal effect they give.

Yes, the stars are thick, but then city dwellers have no idea how thick stars really are *coughBRITNEYcough*

I would argue the bleed-through of them though. I know the gossamer side of fractals well, they are see-through very much. I would suggest where the fractal lays between viewer and stars the stars should be more muted, more like seeing through the dim-opaque.
I think it might actually look more "beyond" without them. Great job either way though.

Always remember to follow the Yellow Brick Road. It will lead you to OZ and the Emerald City, a very nice place to live. Trust me on this one, I live there. :house: The Lion :flagus: MY :gallery: [link] :eyepopping:
